We want you to love your CALPAK products, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a small processing fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping labels.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unused items in their original box with all tags attached and affix the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at an authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
