How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your travel gear sooner.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do CALPAK products come with a warranty?
Yes, our luggage and travel accessories are covered by a limited warranty ranging from 1 to 2 years depending on the collection. This covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
How do I clean and maintain my CALPAK luggage?
For hardshell luggage, use a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. For fabric items and interiors, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals to preserve the finish.
Does my suitcase include a TSA-approved lock?
Most of our full-sized and carry-on hardshell suitcases come equipped with integrated TSA-approved combination locks to keep your belongings secure while allowing airport security to inspect them without damage.
